I've moved my blog twice.. first from blogger to wordpress.. and now wordpress.com to wordpress.org. (lol I'm either a sadist or a slow learner) I actually liked all three blogging platforms. Blogger was dead easy... the easiest of all three and I really didn't have to have much technical knowledge to make a blog happen. Wordpress.com took a while to become familiar with, but I liked the look and some of the features it had. It didn't, however, allow for any dynamic links (flash or java), which I kind of wanted, and it didn't have a consistent look or address as my web site. Moving to a hosted site, I admit, has been a lot more work and learning curve than I expected. It is definitely not as "plug 'n play" as either blogger or wordpress.com, and having a little knowledge of html and xhtml clearly puts you at an advantage. Looking back, there are certainly advantages and disadvantages to all three. imho The important thing is that you are blogging. :) Linda..
